Andy and Kirsten's Minnesota Wedding at the Refuge

 One of the reasons i went back to Minnesota when i did was so i could attend Andy and Kirsten's wedding! If you don't remember, i had the pleasure of shooting their engagement photos! check them out again HERE! This time i came prepared with my camera (of course) but got to spend the time with friends and family. My best friend is the groom's sister, and my brother was a groomsmen. So not only did i get to see this fabulous couple, but spend time with other close friends, it was perfect. I also got to meet Kirsten's twin Jessica (in the pic below!) and yup, i couldn't help but love her entire family! i should've known after meeting kirsten the first time too and thinking how amazing she was!   

so here's a few photos of Andy and Kirsten's big day at the Refuge golf club in Oak Grove! 

i wasn't able to put my camera down, there was so many amazing details, laughter, and beauty this whole day. i'm so glad i was able to be there for your special day, and yes. i cried. 

congratulations you two, i couldn't be happier, and i can't wait to come back and have some more fun photo shoots and coffee dates this summer!

Lodermeier family on the Farm

Such a wonderful morning, although it was pretty cold! I had the chance to go out to Brent and Christie's farm and photograph around their lovely home! i absolutely love going back home to Goodhue and photographing farms that i used to drive by without a thought, they're beautiful. 

so here's a few from our chilly morning together! Finn and Sofie did so good! And once Sofie warmed up, she was a complete ham for the camera. loved it!

Finn got some pretty big smiles too, once we found out, he loved the stairs the best! and mom and dad making him giggle behind me :) 

 i wasn't used to all that 30 degree weather, it's been two years since i left las vegas during a colder season. i basically was a big baby. but i had such a fun time photographing your family and your adorable kiddos!

a minnesota country engagement!- keisha and brent

the only way to start this, is to say that i'm so blessed to photograph couples like Brent and Keisha! She is absolutely stunning, outgoing, crazy, fun and with one of the most soft-spirited and loving people i know. and i miss her doing my hair so we can catch up! we grew up in school together and has always been the amazing person i explained before. in fact, i once sent her a note i middle school saying so :) 

so hearing about her, you have to know she deserves the best! I had the chance to meet Brent about a year ago at another friends' wedding and he was outgoing and crazy about her too! yup, he passed! 

i had so much fun photographing these too and all of keisha's giggles.. so here's just a few! 

it was absolutely perfect! she had gorgeous fun outfits that shows off her personality and all her cuteness! and it only started getting chilly and windy during the end. it was a wonderful (early) morning! 

i'm so glad i got to spend some time with the both of you, and i can't wait to see you again! your big day is going to be wonderful! love you keisha girl! 

catching the morning light on memorial hill- Sharece

can you believe this beautiful girl is a senior already!? Sharece, my best friend's sister and amazing woman! We got up early to catch the beautiful sun up at Memorial Hill park in Red Wing, and it was worth it! Though it was about 30 degrees, She made it look like we were warm.. okay so i was the cold one. The first photo remains my favorite but as i edit there are so many that are gorgeous. 

So here's a few more of our time together! i didn't put the embarrassing one up.. sharece, i'll leave that up to you! :) 

There are so many to share, and she always has a huge smile on her face, but i couldn't resist putting up more of her serious look.. she has got that DOWN! plus it makes her eyes pop! It was so fun photographing Sharece! 

Alex, Kristina, & baby Connor (family photos on a hike!)

These two are just so cute together! i can't say enough about how fabulous Kristina looks after having baby Connor! 

I grew up in school with Alex, and i love seeing friends becoming fathers. it's beautiful and crazy. Alex and Kristina have been together since our senior year in high school and they're crazy for each other! I had to add the first photo, after i found out alex isn't much for PDA so after that..... i made them kiss a lot. That explains most of the cute laughs between the two of them. 

Alex found this perfect spot for his gorgeous wife and adorable baby boy, and it was a good 15 minute hike up a hill to get there, and it was completely worth it. we ended just in time before the poured and stormed. go us!
