Family photos at the park!- Seifert

A Minnesota Fall, we went to a park in Rochester to snap away! Penny (lovely mama) is my cousin so it's always such a blessing to meet up with family, not only to photograph them but all the catching up i get to do, and seeing her sweet kiddos! it had been too long, and Paige and Owen did a GREAT job in the front of the camera. in fact, they were posing for me all on their own! All smiles, i couldn't have asked for more! a couple sweet moments are giggles :) 

They're such good little buddies, and loved hugging! i can't believe how fast they're growing and how much they loved the camera!

i think i say it every time, but i absolutely love my job!- and spending time with family. This is a park Penny picked out, and i love exploring new places for photos! 

The Seifert family is such a beautiful family to watch interact. So much love, fun, hugs and kisses. Penny you're such a good mama :) tim you're great too!

san diego trip

what a beautiful trip it was to San Diego over Thanksgiving. My mom and her husband Bob came to visit Brandon and i and then we had a little road trip to California! one of the days we took out a lovely boat and i had to snap a few photos of course! so here's a couple of my gorgeous mom and her sweetie. :) 

we had such a wonderful time, and a much needed vacation. Mom and Bob, you both did so much for us and we really had such a fun time!- and our puppies miss you!

A couple weeks ago i showed the Sanchez family's printed book and if you missed it, click HERE to check it out! Over Thanksgiving, this beautiful family got together and Kimberly decided to get family photos done for a Christmas gift. We ended the shoot with everyone and this first wonderful photo (also the cover photo of the book!) I had such a wonderful time with everyone here and immediately felt like part of their family! 

There are SO many photos i wanted to post, but here are just a few from our day together!

The location was absolutely perfect, right outside their home was this gorgeous little park.  I really had such a great time and can't say enough wonderful things about them all Everyone did so good in front of the camera! Kimberly did perfectly at getting the family organized. wearing black and white and letting everyone know how the shoot would go! i had time with each family before our big group shots! an absolute beautiful family.

Todd my cousin and his wonderful girlfriend Kelly decided they needed some photos for Christmas, and i'm so glad they did! When i visited Minnesota This past October, i had the chance to hang out with more family. It's one of my favorite reasons for being a photographer. It helps us all get together for a while and plan family time. It just so happened the day we got together was also Todd's birthday! 

It was a pretty cold day shooting at the covered bridge in zumbrota, but they did so good! here's a few from our time together, and yes i had to include a few silly ones! 

i can't believe how big Hailee and Carson are getting! they were so fun! Carson loved to pose for me :) 

i love this photo below. if you know this family, you know teasing and having fun is a big must! so here's just the silliness coming out. 

wow i really love shooting in minnesota. This area is so beautiful full of trees and color in the fall. i'll be going back this summer a LOT so if you're thinking about some family photos, just let me know! we'll plan a time.

Todd and Kelly- thank you so much for letting me photograph you all. you were so fun and cute! the outfits you picked were perfect! i was so happy to be able to spend some time and see your home :) miss you and hopefully see you this summer!

i shared a couple of these photos in a previous post showing hanging out some time with friends, but i needed to show more of sweet Kane's face! I worked with Mike and that chapel, and so we got some coffee spent some time at Tivoli village and snapped a few photos! 

Mike is a photographer so he knows how to pose too.. which is AWESOME! here's a few of these handsome guys! 

 so you might ask, what do i do for fun aside from running my photography business? well, that would be more photography but with friends. 

how could it not be with great friends like these!? Mike, thank you so much for meeting up with me and spending some time hanging out and making kane laugh at the fake snow i brought. and him eating my graham crackers but still not liking me. He's such a little stud!
